• European Commission - DG Employment, ESF implementation in the period 2007-2013 Template for EC reporting and 2008 outline report (on-going).
• European Commission - DG Employment, Support to the evaluation of the Roadmap for Equality between Women and Men 2006-2010 (on-going).
• French National Agency Against Illiteracy (ANLCI), Assistance in the design and setting up of an evaluation system for the National Experimentation “Family Educative actions” (on-going).

Other activities:

• Before joining Euréval, Irene worked in the field of public sector consulting. She was involved in the implementation of balanced scorecards and performance measurement systems during the privatization process of energy-sector utilities.
