We propose several alternatives :Catalogue training for an organisation
The idea is to train officials in the same organisation on the basis of standard training proposed in our catalogue. Case studied are, however, adapted to meet the organisation’s needs and expectations.

In-house customised training (two to six days) tailored to meet an organisation’s specific needs.
Proposed topics :
- Designing and launching a project with the different stakeholders in a policy
- Organising useful evaluations
- Designing and steering an evaluation
- Using survey and analysis techniques
- Creating and using indicators
- Assessing the quality of an evaluation.

At the end of the week, the participants are able to commission and to steer and evaluation.

European Commission (over 600 officials of Regional Policy, Budget, Employment, and other structural policies have been trained.)
Training / action
This type of training is intended for members of an evaluation steering committee that has already been formed. It is designed to promote mutual understanding and a common language between the participants, and to launch the evaluation on a sound basis.
